GENERAL INFORMATION
• These terms apply to all services provided by Elizabeth Ann Moments.
• Elizabeth Ann Moments retains all rights to the content on this website, including text, photos, and branding.
• By making a booking or purchasing services, you’re agreeing to these terms.
Booking & PaymenT
• Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $1000 is required to secure your date for weddings. This amount is deducted from your total package price.
• Remaining Payment: The balance is due 4 weeks before your event.
• If you cancel or reschedule your event, the booking fee is non-refundable. However, if rescheduled within 6 months and we have availability, we can transfer your booking fee to the new date.
• Cancellation: If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your event, all payments are non-refundable. (Unless discussed with Elizabeth Ann Moments to previously)
• Additional Sessions: If you book extra sessions (e.g., engagement, sunset, or adventure sessions), these must be paid in full before the session.
DELIVERY OF PHOTOS
• Sneak Peek: You will receive a small selection of photos (approx. 10 images) within 72hrs after your wedding
• Final Photos: The rest of your edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 6-8 weeks.
• Editing Style: The images will be edited in our signature warm, natural style. We do not provide RAW (unedited) images, and re-edits are not available.
Usage of Image
• Copyright: All photos taken by Elizabeth Ann Moments are owned by us and protected under copyright law.
• Personal Use: You are free to print and share images for personal use.
• Commercial Use: If you want to use the images commercially (e.g., in a magazine or ad), you must get written permission from us first.
• No Editing: You may not alter or edit images (including applying filters on social media).
MODEL RELEASE
• By booking, you grant us the right to use your images on our website, social media, marketing materials, and for other promotional purposes.
• We may also share your images with vendors and venues involved in your event.
Storage & Protection of Photos
• Once your images are delivered, we are not obligated to keep them for you long term.
• We recommend backing up your images by downloading them and storing them on an external drive.
• You will have access to your online gallery for 1 year from your event date.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date within 6 months, provided we’re available.
• Cancellation Policy: If your event is canceled, the booking fee is non-refundable. Any other payments made (e.g., for additional sessions) will also not be refunded if the event is canceled less than 4 weeks before the date.
Client Responsibilities
• You must inform us if you are uncomfortable with any activity or location during the session for safety reasons.
Privacy & Data Security
• We take your privacy seriously and will only use the personal information you provide for the purposes of communication and fulfilling your booking.
• We won’t share your data with third parties unless required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Liability
• Elizabeth Ann Moments will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during a session or event.
• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged images. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your photos, accidents can happen.
Film Photography (Optional)
• We offer analog/film photography as an optional add-on. This involves using vintage film cameras to capture special moments. Due to the nature of film, we cannot guarantee every roll of film will turn out. There are many factors that can affect the outcome, such as camera mechanics and processing.
